As a result of the cancellation of the road plans with the knock-on effect it would have on EH’s plans for the new visitor centre which would allow Stonehenge to be seen in its original setting (i.e. with no roads or fences nearby), King Arthur Pendragon stated his intention to stay out of the stones until the fence comes down around Stonehenge. |
